Great coaches and an encouraging atmosphere make this an awesome place to get/stay fit. Even a kids room where the kids can play while you work out. Been going for 2 years now and I enjoy it as much now as I did when I started.

WOF Crossfit is an awesome place to work out. The coaches are great and always go out of their way to help you. Everyone is friendly and it’s the only place I’ve been to where I really enjoy working out!
I had been an active member of traditional gyms for years & I found that I wasn’t improving any more & then I found WOF. WOF is an amazing gym with some really talented coaches who support you & help you improve each time you train. The real selling point is that you become part of an amazing community that becomes a big family with people you may never normal associate with outside of your existing work & social bubbles.
WOF gave me a fun outlet for my desire to get fit. I joined WOF without having any understanding of the fundamental movements or lifts that are necessary. Their coaches have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable with the movements and lifts that we do in each workout. They’ve also been great at giving me scaled options as I advance into the more difficult movements and lifts. I was once intimidated by Crossfit, but now I love it. I don’t pretend to be the fittest person at the gym, but I really enjoy the workouts and have a great time with every one I complete. The team is very welcoming and are quick to remove any intimidation you may feel about CrossFit. Try it out, you will not be disappointed.
