It is community that brings together a group of women of all ages, personalities and interests, that work together towards their goals and have made a commitment to kick their own butts. WOF ladies encourage, motivate and help each other, they sweat, they laugh and celebrate each other’s wins. We love to do ladies only workouts, go to and participate in different events, hang out and have dinners together!
