Let’s start with the benefits we can all understand right away. It’s just more comfortable for many women to get loose and get focused in a supportive women-only group. And it only makes sense, since it’s so easy to feel a little lost in large co-ed gyms or training sessions. It’s easy to wonder if the exercises or machines are built for your goals and your body. You don’t have to worry about that in a women’s only training session, that’s for sure.

Most commonly, the intimidation factor or the idea that women don’t want to get bulky. Of course, getting bulky is rarely a problem—it actually takes years of focused effort to achieve that result, so it’s not going to happen overnight or by accident.
