“I was recommended Ana and this nutrition programme from my trainer. The reason I started looking for options was I didn’t feel I was making much gain from exercise alone, I wanted to understand nutrition and the impact on my body – and importantly be a role model for my kids.
When I first started I found eating four times a day and the amount of food required full-on, but I certainly wasn’t hungry. Once I got used to what food to eat, how much and when – it was pretty easy to manage. Ana’s support was great – weighing myself each day and sending photos of the food kept me focused and on track.
Results started pretty much straight away …… and tracked downwards most of the time, but not at the same rate. I was fascinated by the impact food, exercise and the female cycle has on weight. Coming off sugar was probably the hardest thing to adjust too – but I am so happy that I stuck with it. I am so happy with my progress – I was determined to succeed and trusted that following the rules and being disciplined would help me reach my goals. And that attitude and determination have certainly paid off !!!!! “
