I came to cross fit because my friend had come the year before and wouldn’t stop raving about it. When I first came I walked in and was terrified! If I thought I could of slinked out without being noticed I would of! Now it’s more exciting, what am I going to do today I didn’t think was possible last session? For example, when I first came I could only do crunches. Now I can do full cross fit sit up, it’s awesome! Next in the master plan is a burpee that actually looks like a burpee!
My favourite memory is the first time I finished a WOD under time. It gave me a sense of how far I’ve come!
