What brought you to WOF CrossFit in the first place? 
When I first moved to Porirua I knew I wanted to start CrossFit and word of mouth and high recommendations meant I was always going to choose WOF.

What was your first impression? 
A really great, bright place where I felt safe as a beginner but also like a really hardcore athlete!

How has that changed? 
It hasn’t changed at all, every session I show up to I feel like a hardcore athlete, 1 minute in and I’m reminded I’m the biggest rookie of them all but it keeps me coming back for more to better my last.

What was your first ‘bright spot’? (something that made you feel awesome) 
My first Toes 2 Ring

What are you working on at the moment? 
Rig work, pull-ups and upper body strength.

What is your favourite WOF memory so far? 
This year CrossFit open, 18.4 to be exact, I smashed it and the atmosphere was so electric and supportive.

What is one thing we don’t know about you?
I so badly want to become a cop but the fitness component scares the living daylights out of me so I keep putting off my application!
