Silver Belles is a specialty group for women aged 60+ of all levels of ability and fitness experience, designed to help keep you moving independently and live your best life right now. Meeting on Wednesdays and Fridays , this 6 week program will empower you to safely lift weights and perform bone-building movements, so you can continue enjoying your active lifestyle.
Coach Danielle will help you become more comfortable with different types of weights and exercises, while being mindful of any injuries or mobility limitations.
The Silver Belles group fitness program is a safe and fun way to develop functional strength, improve energy levels, coordination and balance, and meet like-minded ladies to share your fitness journey with.
Group starts on 15th October (6 weeks) and runs Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
