I first came to CrossFit because I wanted to get fitter and stronger. My first impression of WOF was how everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and now it just feels like everyone is a big family.
My first ‘bright spot’ was learning how to do butterfly pull ups. Now I’m working on my Olympic lifting and trying to get stronger there.
My favourite WOF memory happened recently at a NZFL competition when I got a PB on my snatch. It felt great and I can’t wait to get even more PBs.
