I wanted to lose my baby weight, get fit and tone up so I started PT sessions with Anastasia. After she told me about CrossFit a few times I thought I’d give it a go and see if it was for me.
I used to feel so nervous and wasn’t sure that I could even lift a barbell, now I love how much stronger I feel and I’ve also gained some lovely new friends in the process.
I think my favourite moment has been being able to back and front squat more than my own body weight! I feel so strong and fit now and am focusing on my technique with the barbell so that I can lift even more weight. I knew that I was getting fitter when my body didn’t ache so bad after every session and I’m looking forward to seeing even more results in the future!
