12179911_10207913895192056_1942679290_nAfter having two babies in two years, I felt really self-conscious, unfit & squishy. I’ve belonged to nearly every gym in Wellington, I’ve tried home workouts, I’ve bought home gym machines… Nothing kept me motivated or made me want to exercise. Then I heard about PT sessions with Anastasia, and I was able to take my two young children along. It was a perfect way to start exercising again – no one could see me, I had someone to push me out of my comfort zone, and my kids were welcome. Then I got hooked & joined the WOF team so I could workout more often & meet new people.

To be honest, I didn’t really know what to expect. I had seen things on TV and in social media about CrossFit, but I went into it with an open mind. There were no shocks or big surprises, I’m really happy with how CrossFit can work for whatever stage I’m at.12177789_10207913906792346_2126226321_n

I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole CrossFit introduction. The people have been supportive and friendly and so willing to help me learn. It’s been a great experience and I can’t recommend CrossFit enough to my friends.
I’m seeing great changes in my body. I’m the most toned and lean I have been (not skinny, but healthy!).

I just want to get fitter & stronger. I want to continue to increase the weights I use and I want to be able to complete more rounds during WODS. I’m also working towards really being happy with what I see in the mirror. I don’t measure or weigh myself, I go by how I feel. My best memory of WOF CrossFit so far – simply joining. Finding something that I love
