Progress! 23wks ago I decided enough was enough. I decided I wanted to feel better about myself, I wanted to be healthier on the inside, I wanted more energy, and I wanted to be fitter & stronger. I happened upon a CrossFit coach, Anastasia, who was offering personal training sessions from home (kids welcome!). After seeing her 1 or 2 times a week for 2mths, I joined WOF CrossFit. I haven’t looked back. God I love it!!! I still eat what I like, for the most part (I smashed an entire Dominoe’s pizza by myself on Saturday night 😂). I’ve just increased my fruit & vege intake, and I drink protein shakes post-workout. This is me today, on the right, and I am super proud of what I’ve done with myself, and I cannot wait to see what the next 23wks will bring!
And I couldn’t have done it without the awesome support of the Mr – Geoff, thanks for believing in me & encouraging me, and for always holding down the fort while I’m at the box! You are super special to me & the girls xxx
