Put simply – our gym is not your normal gym. We will get you fitter, faster and stronger using high-intensity programmes which are designed to challenge and push you outside of your comfort zone. Our programmes are always changing so your body and your mind will never be bored. We use movements which are natural and effective and will deliver results.
A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) and body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like. We do not use barbells in this class.

WOF Bootcamp is a group physical training program conducted by very skilled coaches.
Our program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time, twice a week. It commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training. Our exercise program will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise.
CrossFit Kids is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and their specific developmental needs to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scale-able for any participant at any level.
For the past 2 and a half years WOF CrossFit has been running a successful Mums and Bubs class to help mums get their fitness and energy levels back up.
