CrossFit

Once you have completed the PREP COURSE (course for beginners) you can take part in any of the CrossFit group classes. Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.

A typical CrossFit class will consist of the following:

  • Warm up
  • Skill/Strength work
  • Talk through the WOD with scaling options
  • WOD – workout of the day

Remember, the WOD is scalable to your ability/skill level so no matter what, you always get a good stimulating workout.

At WOF CrossFit we encourage our community to grow as one. Upon completion of your WOD feel free to hang around and encourage each other, share tips or ask any questions.

CrossFit Lite

A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) and body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like.

CrossFit Lite is geared towards those who:

  • Are intimidated by any of the notions they have of CrossFit.
  • Have had lengthy layoffs from a fitness program and want to start getting back into fitness with a “jogging” start.
  • Want to work on cardiovascular system, body awareness, and athleticism before focusing on strength or power.

CrossFit Lite

CrossFit Kids & Teens

CrossFit Kids membership available at $110 paid up front per school term for once a week.

CrossFit Teens membership available at $120 paid up front per school term for once a week or $220 paid up front per school term for twice a week.

Cardio Camp

Cardio Camp is long duration (45-55min) workouts that will leave you in a puddle of sweat by the end of the session. This program is a great way to learn how to pace workouts and strengthen your mental capacity.

Short for cardiovascular exercise, cardio workouts get your heart pumping – making it strong, helping you lose weight and reducing your risk of heart attack, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Ongoing membership Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm
