Feedback: Following the macro nutrition plan was fairly easy once I got my head around the eating structure of four meals a day, I found It was easier to plan and prep the meals in advance so I could grab on the go for busy periods like work or child activities. Keeping the ingredients simple was also key to planning, I was surprised my energy levels were not affected by the change in diet. my body seemed to actually welcome it and has responded well which was motivating throughout the 6 weeks and made it easier to stay focused and keep on track. The feedback I have received to-date is awesome and totally worth the effort. A coach was motivating and provided feedback throughout – Thanks certainly will and have recommended to others.
