At WOF CrossFit we believe that you should get the maximum benefit from your time spent exercising. No matter what your goal is – weight loss, strength training, or preparing for another sporting activity – we will help you to achieve it.
We are more than an awesome training facility that gets you in the best shape of your life; we are also a strong community! This will become a place that you love to hang out at and spend time with your new friends. We encourage our members to feel as though this is their second home, and each person is treated like family from the moment they step through the door.
We welcome members to bring their children with them to the gym because we understand that sometimes that’s the only way to fit in a class. Our Whanau Room is set up with toys and games to keep the kids occupied and safely off the gym floor during workouts. We believe that the CrossFit lifestyle is the pathway to a healthier and more active life. Our goal at WOF CrossFit is to help you achieve that!
