Mums & Bubs

Although exercise may feel like the last thing you want to do while adjusting to life as a mum, it does have benefits. For the past 4 years WOF CrossFit has been running a successful Mums and Bubs class to help mums get their fitness and energy levels back up. We have many repeat members and we have adored seeing their babies go from tiny bubbas to crawling mischief-makers to wobbling tots and pre-schoolers. We value the time that we get to spend with the mums and babies in this class and love that we can bring these women together to spend time on themselves while not missing out on that precious time with baby. What’s even better is that no one cares if the babies cry because everyone in the class has one, too. Taking the stress and worry out of a workout is just one of the many things we love being able to offer these mums.

This is a fun social workout experience with other likeminded mums! Suitable for mums with bubs from 4 weeks old. We will use constantly varied functional body weight movements to tone and tighten your tummy, arms, butt and thighs.

With our Mums and Bubs CrossFit classes you will have fun, get fit, tone up and get stronger.
