What brought you to WOF CrossFit in the first place? 

 – A Christmas present from a good friend who wanted me to try what she enjoys

What was your first impression? 
 – When does the pain go away?  haha … that my first Bootcamp with Amy was fun and by the end of 6 weeks I was signing up to do another one

How has that changed? 

 – I am now doing Crossfit Lite classes, and have been joined for over a year.

What was your first ‘bright spot’? (something that made you feel awesome) 
 – I made it through the first Bootcamp – with results!

What are you working on at the moment? 
 – Crossfit Lite (when my shoulder and ankle are behaving)

What is your favourite WOF memory so far? 
 – All the fun we have together

What is one thing we don’t know about you?
 – I have Anxiety and Depression, so sometimes find it really hard to come to class.  But once I am there I feel OK and feel like I have successfully crossed another mountain when the class is over
