I used to run a lot after years of triathlons then my wife introduced me to some cross training. Next thing she has enrolled for on-ramp at WOF Crossfit but is injured before. “I’ll go”… and I’ve never looked back.

Doing a personal best is always cool and the WOF crew makes sure you celebrate it. They make sure you’re proud of every milestone no matter how big or small.

I’m now working my way towards a couple of scaled competitions – it’s exciting and daunting at the same time. Bring it on!

I like the people from the owners (Sam & Ana), the coaches and the other members – everyone is there to get better, to encourage and to challenge – it feels more like a family at times without being too ‘in-your-face’
