I used to run a lot after years of triathlons then my wife introduced me to some cross training. Next thing she has enrolled for on-ramp at WOF Crossfit but is injured before. “I’ll go”… and I’ve never looked back.
I didn’t have any preconceived ideas but I remember being surprised about how hard it seemed to lift weights as part of a workout. I’m now better for it and really feel the power aspect of Crossfit suits my frame – I’m hooked.
Doing a personal best is always cool and the WOF crew makes sure you celebrate it. They make sure you’re proud of every milestone no matter how big or small.
