A friend of mine who is a member told me it would be a good idea to try WOF. When I first went, I was blown away by the support of the coaches and fellow members, that hasn’t changed.

My first bright spot was being able to comfortably do the Olympic lifting. The movements are tricky to get used to but I feel much more confident about them now. At the moment I’m working on my endurance and cardio fitness.

My favourite memory is doing a 10 metre unbroken handstand walk. That was great!
