What brought you to WOF CrossFit in the first place?

What was your first impression? 

Loved it as it was inclusive, had technical elements and competitive elements

How has that changed? 

Not much really it’s just easier when you’re not pregnant 🤰😉

What was your first ‘bright spot’? (something that made you feel awesome)  

Doing my first box jump, HSPU scaled, and rope climb all very recently!

What are you working on at the moment?  

I feel that I need to work on my upper body strength to help with pull ups and all things gymnastic!

What is your favourite WOF memory so far? 

Attending the fittest Mums comp

What is one thing we don’t know about you? 

I have unusually stubby thumbs which makes a hook grip difficult for me 🤭
