Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

 

Take out your day’s frustration in our boxing class; develop your core strength, cardio and strength in this workout. Get your gloves on!
6 weeks course, 2 times a week

 

Morning Group: 

  • Monday & Wednesday 5.30am-6.30am
  • When: new course starts on 13th January , 2nd March, 20th April, 8th June, 27th July, 14th September & 8 weeks course on 2nd November  ($239 for 8 weeks) 
  • Cost : $179 for 6 weeks 

 

Evening Group: 

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 6.30pm-7:30pm
  • When: new course starts on 14th January , 3rd March, 21st April, 9th June, 28th July, 15th September & 8 weeks course on 3rd November   ($239 for 8 weeks)
  • Cost: $179 for 6 weeks
