At WOF, we do bootcamp plus. You won’t come in here and find a massive group of people trying their best to find their way through a circuit. Our bootcamps are coached every step of the way. Our focus is not just that you move, but how you move because, let’s be honest, it’s the how that prevents injury, builds strength, and increases fitness. Coached classes also mean that you always have someone to ask if you’re not sure about something – and our coaches love questions!

WOF Bootcamp is designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. The group dynamic will often help you to stay motivated & focused. Everyone works at their own pace and to their own ability. Bootcamp is perfect for you if you get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop or maintain a habit of exercise.
You will be tested for fitness on the first day and then retested at the end of the camp so you can see how far you’ve come!
