Anastasia is a motivated and goal orientated person. She likes lists and loves ticking items off. This shows with her clients as well. Anastasia loves helping others to set their goals and achieve them, one by one (in an orderly and tick-list fashion).
An experienced coach, she can read peoples’ moods and adjust to the situation to enable that person to achieve the best result for that particular day. Anastasia understands that everyone has good days and bad days, and that this can have a huge impact on how we respond to a workout.
Anastasia loves results. She loves working with people and helping them to believe in themselves; change how they view themselves; and help them to understand how healthy feels. Anastasia knows that this isn’t only about how you look in the mirror, but how you feel inside and how you train your body to perform. All of these things translate into how you live your everyday life. Anastasia loves community, and this shows in the way she leads the WOF community. Always involved, always making sure everyone is okay, and always checking with people if they need a hand.
Anastasia moved to New Zealand from Russia in 2003 and took up Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in 2010 as a means to learn self-defence. She quickly discovered her competitive streak and has competed in a range of sports including MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Needless to say: she’s a pretty physically disciplined lady. In 2012, Anastasia and her husband, Sam, found CrossFit. The rest (as the saying goes) is history.
