STEP 1 

BOOK YOUR NO SWEAT INTRO

Your No Sweat Intro is a FREE 30 minute 1-on-1 meeting where one our coaches will sit down and talk with you about your goals. From there, we will create a custom plan to help you reach them, regardless of whether you’re “in shape” or not

STEP 2 

BOOK YOUR 2 x 60MIN PT SESSIONS

One of your amazing coaches will take you through a beginning prep course over 2 sessions. They will teach you all the fundamental movements in CrossFit and perfect them with you. They will also give you information on how classes work and where equipment is to use during classes.

STEP 3

ENJOY CROSSFIT CLASSES

You will start a membership for you and come to whatever classes you want! You will know the technique from your prep sessions and build your performance and health over time.

This Prep is for anyone wanting to join classes but are not 100% sure how to perform all the CrossFit movements.

But What If I Am REALLY Out Of Shape And Super Nervous?

I was in your shoes. Trust me when I tell you, you’ll be totally fine. Take the first step and come talk with us, you have nothing to lose.

I Have An Injury. Can I Still Do The Prep?

In short, yes. Success in 60 is scalable meaning we can work around old injuries, tight muscles, and creaky joints.

How Long Are Your Sessions?

Our personal training sessions are an hour long and our classes are also an hour. Includes a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Do You Have Babysitting?

No, but we have a kids room with lots of toys and TV.
